Win the Auction
The highest bid when the auction closes wins. You'll receive a notification confirming your win.
Pay & Collect
Pay the winning bid plus a buyer's levy (commission) directly to the auctioneer upon collecting your item in person. No online payments required.
BUYER'S LEVY
A small percentage added to the winning bid. This covers the auctioneer's service and a portion goes to Invictus Bids to keep the platform running.

How to Sell
Register & Get Approved
Apply as an auctioneer partner. Once approved, you get full access to list items and run live auctions through the app.
List Your Items
Create auction listings with photos, descriptions, starting prices, and schedule them for a future date or go live immediately.
Run the Auction Live
Watch bids come in from buyers on the platform. The auction ends at your set time — highest bid wins.
Confirm Payment & Collect
When the winner collects their item and pays, confirm payment in the app. You keep the winning bid plus your share of the buyer's levy.
Settle with Invictus Bids
A portion of the buyer's levy belongs to Invictus Bids. You'll receive a weekly invoice summarising what's owed for settlement.
COMMISSION SPLIT
The buyer's levy is split between you and Invictus Bids. Your share is set at registration and locked in at the time of each sale — fully transparent and tracked in your earnings dashboard.
